Workshop Lead at AMM Symposium "AI SHIFT", Bochum University of Applied Sciences

On April 10, 2026, I led KI-Workshop #02 "Knowledge Management & AI" at the AMM Symposium "AI SHIFT" at Bochum University of Applied Sciences.

The workshop focused on how architecture and planning firms can structure their knowledge so that AI can actually work with it. From file systems to database-driven approaches, from project-related to normative to organizational data.

Before any AI tool can help, the data foundation has to be right. That is organizational work, not a technology question.
