Talk: AI in the Architectural Office
I will present at the buildingSMART Stuttgart Regional Group meeting about AI in architectural practice.
On April 10, 2025, I will present at the buildingSMART Stuttgart Regional Group meeting about the practical application of AI in architectural offices. The event will take place at the Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences (HFT Stuttgart).
In my presentation "Artificial Intelligence in the Architectural Office: From Experimentation to Practical Application", I will show how initial AI experiments within a small group can lead to systematic innovation across the entire office. Using the example of asp Architekten, I will demonstrate how the interplay between creative research and targeted implementation can make AI a valuable tool in daily work. From facade design to document management, I will present processes and practical examples that show how AI can support architectural work without restricting creative originality. The presentation concludes with an outlook on future potentials and challenges for the industry.
The event will be held from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the HFT Stuttgart, Schellingstraße 24, 70174 Stuttgart.
