I gave a two-hour online seminar at the 360Akademie by Kubus360 (Stuttgart) on how architecture firms can structure their knowledge to make AI work for them.
On May 7, 2026, I gave a two-hour online seminar at the 360Akademie, the continuing education platform of Stuttgart architecture firm Kubus360, on knowledge management and AI in architecture firms.
Not all data is the same. Architecture firms work with three fundamentally different data types: project-related data, technical-normative data, and organizational knowledge. Each requires a different approach to structuring and, ultimately, to AI integration.
Most offices don't lack knowledge. They lack structure. File systems are not knowledge bases. BIM is not an end in itself, but an opportunity to prepare data for intelligent use. The question is not which AI tool to use, but how to design processes so that AI can deliver real value.
AI doesn't replace design. It creates space for it.
