Speaking about AI transformation in architecture at the Rotonda Business Club event in Stuttgart
On September 25, I spoke at the SphereRaum Diskurs by Rotonda Business Club in Stuttgart about "AI in Planning" – together with co-speaker Claudia Feiner, in front of around 30 participants.
How far have planning offices come? What is possible and what's coming?
My core message: It's usually not the tools, but the internal processes that stand in the way of a digital future. "AI is change management."
Many offices are experimenting with AI tools. But the real challenge isn't technical, it's organizational. It's about workflows, team structures, decision-making processes. About the willingness to question established routines.
AI doesn't just require new software. It requires new ways of working.
The big question: Are we ready to rethink our professional identity?
